Un análisis económico de las habilidades de comunicación en globalizado relaciones industriales: diálogo social y el proceso de negociación en Turquía

Resumen

El propósito de este trabajo es proporcionar un análisis económico de la experiencia de diálogo social en Turquía, con un énfasis en el papel de la comunicación en las relaciones laborales. Comprobamos el diálogo social y el proceso de negociación relacionadas, como una forma de comunicación importante en las relaciones industriales y tratar de averiguar si se sirve bien a promover la creación de consenso y la participación democrática de los actores principales en el empleo. En particular, la pregunta del éxito de las estructuras de diálogo social existentes y los procesos de Turquía en la resolución de las cuestiones económicas y sociales a través de la comunicación, promover la paz social e industrial, la mejora de la competitividad mediante una mayor productividad y el cumplimiento de los compromisos internacionales en materia de empleo.

Yeşim Pınar Soykut-Sarıca, Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Administrativas. Universidad Isik. Estambul (Turquía)

Currently working as an Assistant Professor at Işık University, Department of Management. She received her BA degree from Işık University with a full scholarship and superior academic achievement. Upon completion of her B.A., she received a scholarship to pursue her Graduate Study from Isik University. She received her M.B.A degree in 2002 and her Ph.D in Contemporary Management in 2008 majoring in organization theory and industrial relations. She has teaching experience in several courses of management and she has several papers presented at national and international conferences. Her academic work concentrates on industrial and employment relations

Aslı Şen-Taşbaşı, Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Administrativas. Universidad Isik. Estambul (Turquía)

is currently working as an Assistant Professor at Işık University, Department of Economics. She received her BA degree from Istanbul University, MA degree from Yıldız Technical University and her PhD from Marmara University. During her graduate education, she was granted as a Teaching and Research Assistant. She conducted her PhD dissertation research at Lund University (Sweden), Department of Economics with the financial support from TUBITAK. She has teaching experience in several courses of economics and recently teaching International Economics, Environmental Economics and Microeconomics. She has several papers presented at national and international conferences as well as publications focusing on international trade.
