Internet like a new social way for communication and civil participation

Abstract
The new technologies have been generally focused on the economic criteria and lately, their evolution is strongly influenced by capitalism. The maximum sampleof the impact of market in the success of this subject is the percentage of growth in the sales of appliances and services linked to TICs. Currently, voices are rising to denounce the network as anexample ofhow capitalism and its constant expansion reproduce forms well known and widely criticized largely in the world. All previously described is because the lack of investigations to discover and promote the potentialthat a wide using of Internet represents for the communications and human development.
Across an investigation we have focused in the search of experiences on the use of network with communicative and social aims. We have found civil digital participation rooted in the incorporation of Internet as principal way for development. We have used a series of analysis that lead us to generate recommendations orientated to multiply the good practices in those places where it should be needed implement a dynamic strategy to mobilize the persons around common interests for general wellbeing.
