Communicating in crisis

Abstract
Excellent communication in times of crisis is essential to the survival of the company, but usually the workhorse of many directors of communication, not so experienced in planning. Throughout this text I will attempt to make a conceptual approach to the field of crisis (classification, methods ...) as well as showing the most recommended guidelines for running a flawless communication in times of crisis, as the strategy of silence, the strategy denial, the strategy of transfer of responsibilities or the strategy of confession.
