The need for a change at the University

Abstract

The University is an institution necessary to cultivate and pass on, in full independence, the scientific knowledge. But the work of teaching and research is increasingly conditioning. Everything is quite bureaucratic known by university policy. The strategies, policies or projects of the University must, therefore, generated from the members of the University.
