Each thematic issue published in Vivat Academia has a maximum of three coordinators, at least one of whom must be international. Their main function is to propose a relevant and current topic in the proposed field.

The coordinators of the issue will be researchers specialized and updated in the topic addressed; they are familiar with the most recent discussions, the main actors and authors, the scenarios and the bibliography on the subject.

They must come from at least two different universities (national and international) and may not publish in the same issue of the proposed Monograph.

Their main contribution lies in defining the central theme of the issue, with its limits and scope, proposing possible specialist authors, as well as possible reviewers. They are also in charge of the initial reading and review of the manuscripts that respond to the call for papers.

They must also prepare the Call for papers (CFP) according to the rules and template (which will be provided by the editor at the time of the request for coordination of a Monograph) in Spanish and English.

In summary, the responsibilities of the Monograph coordinators are:

1. Define the central theme of the issue.

2. To present a list of possible authors.

3. Disseminate the call for papers among their peers and educational institutions.

4. Suggest referees to be invited to review the articles.

5. Write the CFP: It is an introductory text or context of the topic addressed, as well as its contributions. It should not exceed 2 pages in both versions.

To submit a proposal you must:
